Northern Wake Fire Risk Reduction or Station Tour Request Form

This form is a request for Risk Reduction (Fire Prevention) Classes or station tours to be held at your location in the Northern Wake Fire District or at one of our five stations. Please fill out this form in its entirety and send it to us via the online form below, or by contacting our Headquarters at (919) 847-3858 Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and leave a message, or send an email to risk.reduction@northernwakefire.org We ask for several dates due to the possibility of scheduling constraints. Please notify us at least 2 weeks before your first requested date. If you have any questions about a class, this form, or if you are not sure if we can conduct a class in your area, please contact our Headquarters Station at (919) 847-3858.

Types of Classes

Tour= Select this option if you would like to have a tour of any of our stations and equipment / trucks.

Basic = The basic fire prevention class consists of a tour of a fire truck, a firefighter in full protective gear, exit drills in the home, smoke detector upkeep, dialing 911 and the importance of knowing your address, matches and lighter safety, and "stop, drop, and roll".

Parade = Several subdivisions in our area have community parades in which they ask us to participate.
