The Board of Directors of the Northern Wake Fire Department hereby gives notice of a Special Called Corporate Meeting to be held:

The purpose of this meeting is for the Corporate Membership to vote on the proposed Restated Articles of Incorporation.
The proposed Restated Articles consolidate the original Articles of Incorporation and subsequent amendments into a single governing document. The restated document has been reviewed by legal counsel and previously approved by the Board of Directors, subject to approval by the Corporate Membership.
The proposed Restated Articles are available for review by any Corporate Member at Station #1 beginning October 5, 2026, through the date of the meeting.
All Corporate Members are encouraged to attend.
